Guest Profiles

Each Guest invited via External User Manager has their own profile that outlines all sorts of useful information about them.

Every profile will display the user's entire history, the Teams they're a part of, and the number of days they have before their Access Review.

Let's take a deeper look at the Guest Profile to understand how it can enhance granular user control in your organization.

🪪 User Profile Overview


Navigate to the Users tab in External User Manager to start looking through Guest Profiles and select the desired profile to start viewing details related to the Guest.

On the Guest Profile, you'll be able to:

  • View the User's details, including their Name, Email, the date they've been Granted access, and the Last activity associated with the profile.

  • Download an Audit Report for the profile.

  • View the Documents they've signed during Onboarding.

  • Suspend the User's access, Re-Onboard them, or Remove them from the tenant.

  • View the number and status of Access Reviews.

  • View the number of their Active memberships, Documents signed, and Reviews due.

  • Check every Activity related to the User, including Requests, Approvals, Onboarding, Access, etc.

  • Edit the Metafield information they've provided during Onboarding.

  • View the Groups that they're a part of and Re-assign the responsible person, or Reject their Request retroactively.

📑 Reports


The Guest Profile allows you to export two distinct reports covering different aspects of the Guest's presence on your tenant:

  • Audit Report - Outlines the User's Total Requests, First/Last Visit, and Active/Inactive Teams, in addition to providing a detailed per-Team breakdown, including Access Review timelines.

  • Signed Docs Report - Displays all signed documents, which can be viewed and downloaded individually or in bulk. All versions of signed documents are retained, meaning you'll be able to view older versions of the documents in question.
